Today, Laurens County Hospital operates at a capacity of 90 acute care beds and eight critical care beds. The hospital retains more than 400 full- and part-time employees and 100 volunteers, in addition to an active medical staff of 40 physicians and 20 consulting physicians. Recognized as one of South Carolina's progressive community hospitals, Laurens County Health Care System has a mission to "deliver progressive health care in an atmosphere of continuous improvements to ensure 'we do the right things' for all we serve." |
